| exactly, i was soo surpirsed, like its TKD, they are known for terrible punchs. my shotokan karate sensai himself would be able to generate a punch that powerful, and hes 130 pounds. i didnt like this test because they practitioners were different weight classes. |

| I don't know about the other stuff but i do know for punching power you can't top a boxer thats all they do is work on punching every one else is just good all around I'm sure. |

| uhmmm..... taekwondo do have some quite powerfull punches. i train it, and some of them are extreme, while others are just bull sh*. TKD isn't know for terrible punches, but everyone thinks that because in olympic sparring, only kicks are allowed. so everyone thinks that we dont consentrate on punching. but thats wrong ;p |

| Cannot people accept that the TKD guy was better? and every sport has different punches which are some stronger and some weaker. remember, every sport depends on the player, not the game ;p |

| well if u have to argue look at the facts bruce lee actually fought a champion boxer and won it was a ko. Plus his one inch punch did seem to look a little different from wushu guy alex. It was suppose to be straight punch not upper punch |

| Evryone from MMA to Bruce Lee Says and proves that boxing is extremly effective in fighting. Bruce Lee says its quick and more dirrect. MMA artist study boxing to incorperate in their fight style. Are you a fighter at all or what? |

| This was such a joke... so many flaws. At least they should have used the same person using different styles of punching, then you could have measured the power coming from the technique, not the individual fighter. Some guys are just stronger than others... and of course boxing has the strongest punch... that's what they do. |
